Of course he’d known, but he hadn’t really realized till then that what Fraser thought and what he said were probably two very different things, and that Thank you kindly actually sometimes meant Screw you sideways. Kind of embarrassing that it took him so long to figure that one out, considering he’d been married to What I say and what I do are two different planets for nearly fifteen years, but hey.
