Going to the land of \o/

After finishing my studies, I've decided to go travelling a bit before starting work (as a certified nurse, yikes, how come I don't feel like one?). My travels are going to bring me to the Seattle/Vancouver area, approx. between September 7th and 10th. If there are any fangirls in that area who would like to meet up for a cup of coffee and a chat, I would love to meet some of the fabulous people who's fiction and meta, and sometimes life stories, I've been reading about for the last four years :)

Aw, phooey. I would have loved to meet you! But I have other commitments during that time and won't be able to drive up and hang out. Drat. :-(

But that area has a wonderful little core of dS/C6D fangirl folks, so hopefully you'll be able to hook up with some of them.

Aw, what a shame. You know what, when I was in the planning stage of this trip, I was really thinking for a long time about coming to California. I've been there once before (visiting San Fran and Los Angeles) years and years ago, and the climate was heaven (at least at those places, at that time)... So maybe next time, eh? :)

I'd love to meet up with someone. It'd be a new experience, as well: fangirls are thin on the ground, here in Denmark.
